A warm care and listening system that helps people be heard and helps the programme respond.

Listening that can change the programme around a person.
An assigned care listener or coordinator listens. The programme owner then adjusts pace, load, rest, support or participation when that is appropriate.
The purpose is to lower the risk of overload and burnout. It cannot guarantee that either will be prevented.
The Care is the future operating home for this work.
ERESCONFESSIONS is not therapy, diagnosis or an emergency service. Nothing shared becomes public content without separate consent.
Who does what
Creative work, programme delivery and review remain separate.
Clear roles help a person understand who is working with them and who is checking the work.

Sense & Sensibility
Sense & Sensibility is an editorial and creative studio and a working method. It helps shape language, stories and creative expression. It does not own Grupo ERES or its worlds.

JP Academy
JP Academy operates the approved development programme. That statement does not mean public enrolment is open or that anyone is promised a place or outcome.
Separate review
Technical Committee
The Technical Committee separately reviews evidence, protection, conflicts and corrections. It does not recruit people or operate the programme.
